CONSTITUTION: In a lined wall which is extended on the outer wall surface of a building skeleton through mullions 4 and a transom 5 in the vertical and the lateral directions, at least a part of the transom 5 is composed from a supporting member for housing and holding a wiring material with the form to open the upper part of its space, as well as the transom 5 is connected by abutting between the neighboring mullions 4 and 4.
