Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: To obtain upholstery fabric, good in aesthetic properties and touch and excellent in air permeability and stretchability by knitting slit yarn and/or tape yarn having a specific flatness ratio as warp inlay yarn in a front design of raschel knit fabric. CONSTITUTION: Slit yarn or tape yarn having 3-20 flatness ratio or both are knitted as a warp inlay yarn in a front design of raschel knit fabric knitted with a single raschel warp knitting machine. The slit yarn or tape yarn or both having at least about >=180g breaking tenacity are preferred and the process passableness can be improved by resin finishing.
