HERBICIDE CONTAINING 3-(2-CHLOROPHENYL-METHYL)-1-(1-METHYL-1-PHENYLETHYL)-UREA AND/OR 1-(1-METHYL-1-PHENYLETHYL)-3-(4-TOLYL)-UREA AND AT LEAST ONE KIND OF CYCLOHEXENONE OXIME ETHER

PURPOSE: To obtain a herbicide preventing damage of a cultured plant due to cyclohexenone oxime ether, by combining the cyclohexenone oxime ether with a specific urea-based compound and including a liquid or solid carrier into the combination. CONSTITUTION: This herbicide is obtained by using an effective amount of 3-(2chlorophenylmethyl)-1-(1-methyl-1-phenylethyl)-urea and/or 1-(1methyl- phenylethyl)-3-(4-tolyl)-urea as an antagonist and using an effective amount of cyclohexenone oxime as a herbicide and including these components with a liquid or solid carrier. A compound of the formula (R is an alkyl; R is H, an alkylsuofonyl, etc.; R is H, cyano, etc.; R is H or OH; R is H, cyano, etc.; Alk is methylene, etc.; R is H, etc.), especially 2-(N-ethoxybutylimidoyl)-5-(2 ethylthiopropyl)-3-hydroxy-2-cyclohexenone-1, etc., is preferably used as the cyclohexenone.
