Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: To obtain synthetic paper which has good printability and tear resistance and does not need a sticking process and an aviation tag using the paper by a method in which a crystalline polyolefin and a fine inorganic powder are mixed in a specified wt.%, the mixture is drawn uniaxially, and numbers of independent fine voids are formed. CONSTITUTION: A surface layer (B) of a resin composition containing 20-80wt.% of a fine inorganic powder and 80-20wt.% of a crystalline polyolefin is laminated on each side of a core material layer (A) with a base material of a resin composition in which 0-35wt.% of the fine inorganic powder is mixed with 100 pts.wt. of a resin mixture containing 50-90 pts.wt. of the crystalline polyolefin and 50-10 pts.wt. of a thermoplastic resin with a melting point lower than that of the polyolefin. The mixture is drawn uniaxially 3-10 times at a temperature which is lower than the melting point of the polyolefin and higher than the melting point of the thermoplastic resin, and numbers of fine independent voids are formed in each layer, thereby obtaining a uniaxial oriented multilayer film. |
