This oil has the iodine value of less than 100, and the secular change is small, and the secular feedability is also stable. The wire to which the animal and vegetable oil whose iodine value is less than 100 is applied is low in the standard deviation of the load current of a wire feeding motor, and excellent in feedability. The variance of the feedability is reduced, and the arc can be stabilized thereby.
