Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To secure the excellent feedability with little secular change by applying the animal oil or vegetable oil where the amount of application of the oil is specified, and the iodine value is specified. CONSTITUTION: The oil of the amount in the range of 300ppm to 600ppm when the weight of the welding wire is assumed to be 1 is applied to the surface of the welding wire. The oil is animal oil and/or the vegetable oil, and its coefficient of friction is small, and the welding wire is prevented from the impossible feeding even when a conduit tube is bent. This oil has the iodine value of less than 100, and the secular change is small, and the secular feedability is also stable. The wire to which the animal and vegetable oil whose iodine value is less than 100 is applied is low in the standard deviation of the load current of a wire feeding motor, and excellent in feedability. The variance of the feedability is reduced, and the arc can be stabilized thereby.
