Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: To improve the serviceability for customer in the update processing of an extension customer management data base. CONSTITUTION: An online update means 1 receives a transaction document inputted from a terminal 9, executes the update processing by the transaction telegram of the customer management data base 4 and outputs a post-update record image after the update processing to a post-update file 5. A post-update record update means 2 sets blocked display on a customer record, accumulates the post-update record image in an error file 8 when the customer record in an extension customer management data base 6 cannot be updated owing to a fault by the post-update record image, and accumulates the post-update record image of the same customer, which is outputted to the post-update file 5 later, in the error file 8.
