Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To provide a power plant which is capable of reducing a running cost to an extremely lower extent compared with the application of gas or kerosene or the like by using oil collected from waste plastics as a reduction combustion fuel in a refuse incinerator. CONSTITUTION: Waste gas exhausted from a refuse incinerator 1 is supplied to a boiler 2 where generated steam is supplied to a steam turbine 5, thereby driving a generator 6 and generating a specified power. On the one hand, after the exhausted steam from the steam boiler 5 is condensed with a condenser 7, it is heated with a water supply plant 8 and an economizer 9 and then water is supplied to the boiler 2 once again. In this case, a fuel supply device 10 separates vinyl chloride or the like from fractionated waste plastics with a vinyl chloride separation device. The waste plastics from which vinyl chloride is separated and removed, is heated with an oil processing device 12 at a high temperature and then the heated oil is cooled and oil is processed. Furthermore, the collected oil is supplied to a reduction combustion area of the refuse incinerator 1 with a fuel pump 1.
