REFUSE BLOCKING DEVICE FOR INTAKE GATE USING MULTI-ROTARY DISK TYPE SCREEN

PURPOSE: To block the refuse flowing into an intake gate, allow the blocked refuse to flow down to the downstream direction, and recover no refuse at the intake gate. CONSTITUTION: Multi-rotary disk type screens S each fitted with disks 33 in tandem to a rotary shaft 32 at a constant pitch are provided in parallel at the intake gate of a channel so that the disks 33 of the adjacent screen S are inserted into the gaps between the disks 33 of each screen S. Rotation driving means 35 driving the rotating direction of the screens S in the stream direction are arranged. The interval between the disks 33 of the adjacent screens S inserted between the disk pitches is set as small as possible to prevent the generated algae and the stuck sludge from becoming thick, and the interval between the inserted disks 33 and the disks 33 arranged at a constant pitch is set to the required screen scale spacing.
