Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: To easily and securely adhere optical parts with sufficient adhesive power and good workability without degrading the mounting accuracy of the optical parts by previously irradiating a surface to be adhered with the optical parts with UV rays, then adhering the optical parts thereto by using a UV curing adhesive. CONSTITUTION: A laser beam radiated from a laser beam source of an optical head is reflected by an optical mirror 2 and is made incident through an objective lens 3 as a spot on a recording medium 4, such as optical disk. The optical parts, such as optical mirror 2, are adhered and fixed to a resin member 5 constituting an optical head. This adhering and fixing are executed by a method of first irradiating the surface 6 to be adhered with the optical parts of the resin member 5 consisting of a liquid crystal polymer contg. a prescribed ratio of glass fibers. The UV curing type adhesive consisting essentially of a urethane methacrylate is thereafter applied on the surface 6 to be adhered with the optical parts and the optical mirror 2 is adhered thereon. After the mirror is adjusted in such a manner that the reflection angle of the laser beam attains a regulated angle, the surface 6 to be adhered with the optical parts is again irradiated with the UV rays to cure the adhesive. |
