Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: To make the operator of a terminal able to easily recognize the accurate balance of a cash receiving and paying machine by obtaining the deposit balance of the cash receiving and paying machine at a fixed time interval and displaying it. CONSTITUTION: A financial system terminal 10 and the cash receiving and paying machine 20 are data transferrably connected through a serial interface 30. The terminal 10 is provided with a balance display necessity flag 11, a balance obtaining part 12, a display control part 13 and a display part 14. The balance display necessity flag 11 is the identification flag of the presence/absence of the display of the cash balance of the cash receiving and paying machine 20 and the necessity/unnecessity are set by processing contents beforehand. The balance obtaining part 12 accesses the cash receiving and paying machine 20 at a fixed time interval, obtains a counter value from the counter 21 of the cash receiving and paying machine 20 and obtains the cash balance of the cash receiving and paying machine 20 from the counter value. The display control part 13 displays the cash balance of the cash receiving and paying machine 20 obtained by the balance obtaining part 12 at the display part 14. Thus, the terminal operator can recognize the accurate cash balance.
