Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To reduce noise, generated when cooling water, flowing down from an opening into a receiving pan, is collided against the bottom of the receiving pan, preclude the invasion of dust and the like into a water discharging pipe and permit proper blow-down. CONSTITUTION: A receiving pan 10 is provided with a square shape and a lid, opening and closing the upper opening surface of the receiving pan 10, is constituted of a pair of rectangular lids 11a, 11b, arranged in parallel to the side of the receiving pan 10 so as to approach or separate each other while sound deadening mats 12 are provided on the whole of the upper surfaces of respective lids 11a, 11b. A first water permeating sound deadening mat 50 is laid horizontally in the receiving pan 10.
