Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To eliminate the generation of the buckling and the parts to be deburred irrespective of the material, the thickness and the traveling speed of the plate. CONSTITUTION:The angle (angle theta of engagement) formed by the line segment connecting the center of rotation of a knife 2 to an abutting point A on a strip 1 and the line segment extending in the direction orthogonal to the traveling direction of the strip 1 is set to the range between 25 deg. and 45 deg. (40 deg.) so as to turn the knife 2 in an accompanied manner. The buckling due to the deburring is eliminated irrespective of the material, the thickness and the traveling speed of the plate, and the heat generation during the deburring is suppressed to remove the parts to be deburred, and the deburred surface of high quality is obtained even when the soft plate is traveled at high speed.
