GRINDING MACHINE FOR CORRECTING CIRCULAR SAW

PURPOSE:To facilitate the selection of the setting position of a grinding wheel and the blade tip of a saw, and facilitate the corrective cut of the blade tip of the saw and the outer shape of a circular saw. CONSTITUTION:A grinding wheel capable of adjusting the cutting angle and the longitudinal movement and a turning reference disk 11 are provided opposite to each other in the longitudinal position of a fixing table 1. A turning body 12 capable of right and left turning within the prescribed range by a lever 17 is provided on the turning reference disk 11. A circular saw 24 and a turning guide disk 22 provided with locking parts of the same number as the saw blades 25 on the periphery are fitted to a bearing cylinder 16 to be erected at the off-centered position of the turning body 12. On the fixing table 1, a cutting regulating device is provided which cuts the blade tip of the saw blade 25 by advancing the circular saw 24 relative to the grinding wheel in the non-turning condition by the braking of a compressive elastic machine 21 when the lever 17 is turned rearward in the condition being engaged with the locking part of the turning guide disk 22, and cuts the back surface by the length equal to the back surface of the tooth of the circular saw 24 in the condition where the back surface of the tooth of the circular saw 24 is pressed against the grinding wheel when the lever 17 is turned forward.
