CONSTITUTION: A prestress control element 9 comprises a shape stable pressure ring 12 and an expansion ring 13, at least one of contact surfaces between both rings 12, 13 is formed into the shape of conical annular surface 14, 15, and the expansion ring 13 is expanded by the radial force component provided by the tightening force given to the prestress control element 9 by a screwing member 6 through the contact surfaces 14, 15. That is, the axial maximum relative movement between the pressure ring 12 and the expansion ring 13 is found on the final position of the screwing member 6, so that the screwing member 6 is contacted with both rings 12, 13.
