CONSTITUTION: Water 42a, 46a is discharged from each of the nozzles 42, 46 of a descaler 40 at a discharge pressure of 100kg/cm , flow rate of 60 liters/min and discharge angle of 20 deg. to the normal of the surface of the steel sheet, for example. Meantime, water 44a, 48a is discharged from each of the nozzles 44, 48 at the discharge pressure, flow rate and discharge angle as the nozzles 42, 46 with the discharge direction on the upstream side of the advancing direction.
