CONSTITUTION: The central parts of bar bodies 3, 3' of a prescribed length are stopped on both ends of the axle 2 of a wheel 1 so as to be at right angles to the axle 2, and foot-placing bodies 4, 4' of a semicircular shape in section are provided so that both the upper ends of the respective bar bodies 3, 3' are connected to each other.
