METHOD FOR REDUCTION OF TRANSMISSION PROCESSING LOAD TO NETWORK SIDE BY REPEATED TRANSMISSION OF ILLEGAL USER IN SIMPLE MOVABLE TELEPHONE SYSTEM

PURPOSE: To provide a system for denying a communication connection request emitted from an illegal PHS terminal in the stage of a base station which a PHS provider possesses. CONSTITUTION: A telephone number authenticating an item emitted from the illegal user 410 is stored in the memory 220 of the radio base station 200 which the PHS provider possesses. When the connection request is given from the illegal PHS terminal again, it is rejected in the stage of the radio base station from a second time. The first illegal call request has to be inspected in a self- data base processor through the network of NTT (charge is paid to NTT) but the second and subsequent connection requests are denied from the same illegal PHS terminal in the same cell. Namely, an advantage that it is not necessary to pay the use charge to NTT is provided because the network of NTT (registered trademark) is not used.
