Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To make a heater peripheral device smaller, fit a substrate and improve heat cycle resistance and thermal shock resistance. CONSTITUTION: At least either one type of metal oxide powder or metal powder, as additive which decreases both of the resistance and the resistance temperature coefficient (TCR) of a heater obtained by firing, is added to a mixture of 50-75wt% molybdenum silicide powder as conductive material and 50-25wt% glass frit. In this way, the heater of low resistance and low TCR is formed thin.
