APARTMENT HOUSE

PURPOSE:To provide an apartment house having both merits of a rigid frame structure and a tube structure and having an excellent habitability. CONSTITUTION:A common zone 1 is arranged in the central part and houses 2 are arranged in the periphery thereof. Respective houses 2 are divided into an equipment zone 2a where water facilities are concentrated and a habitable zone 25 where habitable rooms are arranged. The equipment zone 2a is arranged in the place adjacent to the common zone 1 and the habitable zone 2b is arranged at the outer peripheral side. The common zone 1 and the equipment zone 2a of respective houses 2 are constructed in a rigid frame structure and the habitable zone 2b of respective houses 2 is constructed in the tube structure composed of outer peripheral columns, outer peripheral beams 6 and flat plates 7. The level of the body floors 9, 10 of the equipment zone 2a and the common zone 1 is lowered and piping pits 11, 12 are made therein. The column is made of a steel pipe filled with concrete and the beam is made of a precast concrete with built-in steel frames. The outer peripheral beam 6 is made flat and an earthquake resistant wall is erected in the common zone 1. A vibration control damper is optionally installed in the earthquake resistant wall.
