FIXING DEVICE

PURPOSE: To prevent the occurrence of blotting at a toner image and to prevent toner from sticking on a peeling pawl by pivotally supporting a fixing roller on both-side surfaces of the peeling pawl. CONSTITUTION: Plural peeling pawls 13 are arranged at a holding frame 15 stretched over the entire length of a heating fixing roll 11 in a shaft length direction along the peripheral surface of paper P on a feeding side at the roll 11 at specified intervals. The paper P fed in a stuck state on the surface of the roll 11 is separated from the roll 11 by the peeling pawl 13 whose pawl top is allowed to slide on the peripheral surface of the roll 11, and is brought into contact with the rolls 13c and 13c, and is fed to outside from an ejecting port 9 while being guided by guides 3e and 3f. Then, the rolls 13c and 13c rotate along with the movement of the paper P, so that the occurrence of the blotting of the toner image caused by having the surface of the paper P rubbed and the sticking of the toner image on the rolls 13c and 13c are prevented.
