CONSTITUTION: The developing device for the wet type image forming device provided with the latent image carrier, a latent image forming device forming a latent image on the latent image carrier, a developer housing device having a fitting part 22 into which the developer supplying container 22' housing a developer used for replenishment is fitted and a developing device having a developer carrier which is disposed with a gap from the latent image carrier and whose surface has the supply of the developer from a developer housing part 21 by a developer supplying means is constituted to provide a filter member 23 in the fitting part 22 in the developer housing device.
