A knob 30 is fixed to a part projected from a projecting piece 20 of the adjustment bolt 25 by a set screw 31 through a washer 29, and the projection of a tip 16 of a shaving blade 15 is adjusted by the rotation of the adjustment bolt 25. The shaved ice of constantly uniform roughness can be obtained thereby.
