Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To stably provide the shaved ice of uniform roughness by fitting a coil spring so that one end of the coil spring is abutted on an adjustment bolt and the other end is abutted on the inner side of a blade fitting tool to adjust the projection of the tip of a shaving blade through the rotation of the adjustment bolt. CONSTITUTION: A male screw 26 is screwed into a supporting plate 10 to fit an adjustment bolt 25, and the adjustment bolt 25 is passed through a through hole 21 of a blade fitting tool 13. A coil spring 23 is adjusted with one end being abutted on a flange 27 of the adjustment bolt 25 through a washer 28, and the other end being abutted on a washer 22 of the blade fitting tool 13. A knob 30 is fixed to a part projected from a projecting piece 20 of the adjustment bolt 25 by a set screw 31 through a washer 29, and the projection of a tip 16 of a shaving blade 15 is adjusted by the rotation of the adjustment bolt 25. The shaved ice of constantly uniform roughness can be obtained thereby.
