SLAT TO SHUTTER DEVICE

PURPOSE: To prevent a shutter curtain from slipping out of a guide rail by integrally forming a wind endurance hook by bending or raising on a slat itself. CONSTITUTION: A slat 1 is so constructed that an interlock part is formed by a revolute-like engaging piece 1a bent on the upper edge in the longitudinal direction and an involute-like engaging piece 1b bent on the lower edge in the longitudinal direction, tongue pieces 5, 5 extended in the lateral direction are integrally formed on a flat part 1c except the interlock part, and wind endurance hooks 6, 6 which are cylindrical in plan view are provided on the forward end parts. The opposite space between locking pieces 4, 4 may be such a clearance as to constitute no obstacle to the elevating operation of the tongue pieces 5, 5, so that the engagement state of the cylindrical wind endurance hooks 6, 6 with the locking pieces 4, 4 can be surely held. Thus, even if a shutter curtain is subjected to surface pressure in any direction, the shutter curtain is kept from slipping out of a guide rail 2.
