CONSTITUTION: A door 5 for both a person and vehicle shared entrance 3 through which the person and light vehicle can pass is opened on whether a control board 6b installed near the road side of both the person and vehicle shared entrance 3 is operated or not; whether a reader 8 installed near the road side of the entrance 3 reads a distinguishment code provided on the light vehicle, and the code is fixed code or not; whether card information read by the control board 6b installed near the road side of the entrance 3 is fixed information; or the combination of these items. The control board 6b provided near the side of a bicycle parking area of the entrance 3 reads in a fixed card, and the door 5 of the entrance 3 through which both the person and light vehicle pass is opened on the result of the above reading in. On the other hand, an entrance 4 for exclusive use of the person composed of stationary members can be always passed only by the person.
