AUXILIARY DEVICE FOR PATCHWORK SEWING AND SEWING MACHINE EQUIPPED WITH THE SAME AUXILIARY DEVICE

PURPOSE: To provide an auxiliary device capable of simply performing the design of a pattern of a patchwork and a sewing machine equipped with the auxiliary device. CONSTITUTION: This auxiliary device comprises a pattern outer shape of a patchwork, a piece pattern arranged in the outer shape and data on a color and the pattern applied to the piece pattern stored in a memory means 1 and is capable of selecting the pattern outer shape with a selecting means 2, selecting the piece pattern with a piece selecting means 3a, as necessary, carrying out the enlargement and contraction with an enlargement or contracting designating means 3b, further designating the color and pattern with a color/ pattern designating means 4 and designing a desired patchwork pattern and displaying the designed patchwork pattern in a displaying means 9.
