METHOD FOR DETECTING FLEECE WOUND ON ROLLER IN FINE SPINNING FRAME

PURPOSE:To provide a method capable of detecting winding of fleece on a roller when the fleece is wound on the roller in a fine spinning frame. CONSTITUTION:An operation interval of end breakage detection of a sensor is premeasured on each number of spindles causing end breakages and the standard value of the operation interval of the sensor is preformed on each number of end breakages from the measured value and is used as a judging value. When the occurrence of end breakage and the number of end breakages of a fine spinning frame are judged by detecting the operation interval of the sensor in fine spinning and comparing the interval with the judging value, a timer for working at a point of time when the operation of the sensor is smaller than the judging value of the interval in each judging value of the number of end breakages is set. When a time measured by the timer is set and the passage of the set time and a time at which the operation interval of the sensor in a state in which an indicating means has no release input is larger than each judging value are detected, winding of fleece on a roller is judged to indicate the winding.
