Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To provide a material coating device which can coat stably the outer peripheries of bolts with a liquid material and also produce variation in the coating mode. CONSTITUTION: Bolts 11 are provided to be supplied successively along a rail 12 extending in the inclining direction. A first and a second rotors 14 and 15 for clamping the above-said bolts 11 in the up and down direction are disposed on the middle of the rail 12. The first rotor 14 is provided with an O-ring 24 hung around pullies 21-23, and the O-ring is provided with an area almost in parallel to the rail 12. The bolts 11 entered into the first and second rotors 14 and 15 can be rotated while being pressed to the outer peripheral face of the second rotor 15 by the elasticity of the O-ring 24, and a liquid material adhered to the outer peripheral face of the second rotor 15 can be applied to the outer peripheral faces of the bolts 11 for coating by the above arrangement.
