Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To safely and securely eliminate a thrombus without using a baloon at an expansion part but using a separate mechanism. CONSTITUTION: A device comprises a hollow catheter main body 1 comprising flexible material, a wire 2 freely slidably inserted into the catheter main body 1, a head part member 3 installed on a front end 11 of the catheter main body 1, and having an expansion part 31 for fixing and holding a front end 21 of the wire 2, a connector hub 4 installed on a rear end of the catheter main body 1, having a rear end of the wire 2 inserted to be freely slidable, and a wire handle which is installed on the connector hub 4 in such a way that its axial motion is freely adjusted, and in which a rear end of the wire 2 is fixed and held. As the wire handle is relatively moved to get apart from a connector boss, the wire 2 is pulled, and the diameter of the expansion part 31 can be enlarged.
