Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To improve effects of a chemical and to suppress the application amount of the chemical to the minimum required by applying the chemical such as an agrochemical to the interior of a rooting zone in which a crop absorbs it most or its surrounding area. CONSTITUTION: This application container has a cylindrical structure comprising at least a soil insertion induction part 1a of an inverted truncated conical or an inverted conical shape. Granules 3 containing a fixed amount of a water-soluble chemical are housed in a main body 1 of a thin and long container. An application hole 4 not passing the granules 3 in a normal state is bored on the outer periphery of the insertion induction part 1a.
