Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To enable electrical signals to be accurately communicated between printed boards without using connectors and to lessen an electronic equipment provided with the printed boards saving the size. CONSTITUTION: Coil-shaped patterns (coils 14 and 16) are provided to printed boards 10 and 12 respectively, the printed boards 10 and 12 are arranged to overlap with each other apart from each other by a prescribed space making the coils 14 and 16 confront each other, and the electrical signals of the printed board 10 is transmitted to the printed board 12 by induction through the intermediary of the coils 14 and 16.
