SUPPORTING UNIT FOR HOOPED MATERIAL

PURPOSE: To make it possible to carry out in cutting a raw core plate for a rolled core part efficiently and keep a good yield in amorphous magnetic alloy thin band. CONSTITUTION: When a hollow gap (a) that causes a dislocated or loosed state and reduces a yield in amorphous magnetic alloy is found on the side face of rolled belt-shaped layers of amorphous magnetic allay thin band (T) in a hooped material 11, a tightening band is tightened at the hollow gap (a) or the surrounding part of the gap (a) on the side face of the rolled layers to join suitably an inner-diameter part and an outer-diameter part in the hollow gap (a). While the roll-back of the hooped materials 11 is carried out with a good yield in amorphous magnetic alloy thin belt (T), the core raw plate (T2) for the rolled core can be cut effectively. When the tightening band comes near to a roll-back part halfway, the roll back operation is stopped for a while and started again after the tightening band is removed.
