Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: To improve the workability of a connector and extend the life by adopting such a connection system that a socket mounted on an input-side electrode is connected thereto in uniform surface contact by utilizing spring force and using a hook-shaped flat terminal on the cable side and the socket on the equipment side. CONSTITUTION: A hook-shaped flat terminal 1 is screwed and mounted to a crimp-style terminal 17 crimped to the end of a power cable 15 with a bolt 18 and a nut 19, and a socket 2 is mounted by a connecting means of screwing it into an electrode on the input side of an electric equipment 16 with great input power. A lock lever 12 is engaged with the head of a lock shaft 10 for the socket 2 and the shaft 10 is rotated 60 deg. to the right or left side to move a plate 6 and a holddown plate 7 backward. At this time, a spring 8 is shrinked by the operation of a cam 11 and a space between the electrode 5 and the plate 7 is increased. The flat terminal 1 is inserted in the space and the hook portion is engaged with the shaft 6 to rotate the lock shaft 10 60 deg. to the right or left side. The flat portion of the cam 11 is put in contact with the end face of the shaft 6, the shaft 6 and the plate 7 are moved forward and the spring 8 is elongated to allow elastic contact and connection between the terminal 1 and the electrode 5. |
