CONSTITUTION:This compsn. contains an inorg. particulate substance with the surface modified with a silane-coupling agent having at least one kind of functional group selected from among vinyl, (meth)acryloyl, epoxy, and amino groups and a water-base resin having functional groups reactive with the functional group of the coupling agent and can be used in a wide range of applications where a conventional water-base coating compsn. cannot be used, such as for a printing ink, a coating material, an adhesive, a fiber treatment, and a surface treatment.
