Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: To enable measuring by permeation the color of liquid with high optical density such as ink and paint by rotating a cylindrical cell with a built-in light source and cylindrical cell with a colorimetering probe, which are located in a tank filled with liquid. CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical cell 1 and cylindrical cell 7 are faced each other in a tank 6. The distance between the cells can be changed with a servomotor, and also by feeding back the results of measurement by a colorimetering probe 3. The cell 1 rotates counterclockwise and cell 7 clockwise. Rotating the cells 1, 7, wipes off coloring agent, and allows nearby new liquid to contact the cells. The cells become closer each other, with their further rotation. Liquid is introduced to a closest measuring section, where light from a light source 2 is projected through a slit 8, passes through an object liquid layer, and enters a colorimetering probe 3, which measures the quantity of transmitted light. The colorimetering probe can measure color by measuring the spectral distribution. |
