FLOAT TYPE LIQUID LEVEL METER

PURPOSE: To provide a liquid level meter capable of indicating with high accuracy and facilitating the adjustment by a constitution wherein an instrument mechanism of scale indication of a liquid level is isolated from an environment of an inner side of a tank. CONSTITUTION: A box body 1 having a lower opening is capable of being communicated to an upper opening of a liquid tank 2. A winding drum 5, to which a wire 4 having a float 3 on its bottom end and passing through the both of the openings is wound, is rotatably attached to the body 1. A measuring mechanism connected to liquid level indicating sections 15, 16, 17 is provided in a measuring instrument chamber box body 7 attached to a side face of the box body 1. A driving side magnet 6 coupled to the winding drum 5 and a following side magnet 9 coupled to the instrument mechanism are magnetically and rotatably connected to each other via a partition 1b made of a non-magnetic material.
