Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: To improve airtightness at the time of closing up opening parts of a door and a window and to improve an air-conditioning effect and a sound insulating effect. CONSTITUTION: A first engagement means A furnished with a guide sheave 10 free to rotate is provided on either of a groove 50 built in an upper part of a door-window C and an upper part 40 of the door-window C built in this groove 50. Additionally, a second engagement means B furnished with a recessed part 30 in which the guide sheave 10 on the first engagement means A is led while rotating is provided on the other. The first engagement means A and the second engagement means B are engaged with each other free to disengage at a closing position of the door-window C, and both of them or one of them are or is energized in the engagegin direction.
