Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To create a comfortable indoor environment at comparatively low cost. CONSTITUTION: A roof membrane 5 and a ceiling film 6 are spread and provided over a frame of a roof part 2 and simultaneously a ventilation space 7 is formed between these membranes 5, 6, air handling units 11 are provided on hem parts of the roof part, exhaust ports with opening and closing mechanisms are provided on both of front and back sides of an upper part of the roof part and a plural number of delivery ventilation fans 14 are provided in the ventilation space 7. Additionally, a fan convector 15 can be provided on a wall part 3, and a heat insulating material 16 can be also laid on a floor part. In summer and intermediate seasons, air heated under the sun on the roof part is discharged outside, and in winter, outside cooling air from the wall part and the floor part is blocked.
