Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To obtain a polyester resin compsn. excellent in impact resistance by compounding a polyster resin with specific block copolymers as the main components. CONSTITUTION: This compsn. mainly comprises a polyester resin, an addition- polymn.-type block copolymer (A), and a polyester block copolymer (B) in a specified ratio. Block copolymer A comprises a hydroxyl-terminated copolymer (X) comprising at least either a polymer block consisting mainly of arom. vinyl compd. units (V) or a hydrogenated polybutadiene block having a 1,2-bond content lower than 30% and a polymer block selected from among a hydrogenated polyisoprene block, a hydrogenated polybutadiene block having a 1,2-bond content of 30-80%, and a hydrogenated isoprene-butadiene copolymer block and/or a hydroxyl-terminated copolymer (Y) comprising a polymer block consisting mainly of arom. vinyl compd. units (V) and a polyisobutylene block. Polyester block copolymer B comprises a polyester block and hydroxyl- terminated copolymer X and/or hydroxyl-terminated copolymer Y.
