Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To surely transmit and receive image information and voice information which are related with each other as a pair of information in also a repeating multi-address transmission. CONSTITUTION: When image information (A) and voice information (a) which are related with each other are inputted in a master station, the master station notifies the effect that image information and voice information are transferred to a repeating station and transfers the image information (A) and the voice information (a) to the repeating station by relating the information with each other. Also the repating station notifies the effect that the image information and the voice information are transferred to each terminal station and transfers the image information (A) and the voice information (a) to each terminal station 1, 2 and 3 by relating the information with each other.
