Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain the transparent hair-raising agent capable of cleansing the surface of skin with a surfactant, efficiently dissolving off stratum cornea and allowing the impregnation and absorption of an active ingredient for raising the hair. CONSTITUTION:The hair-raising agent contains $1% of a surfactant or >=1% of the surfactant and >=0.01% of an ingredient extracted from garlic. The active ingredient of the hair-raising agent can more efficiently be impregnated and absorbed in subcutaneous tissues by the interaction of the surfactant with the garlic extraction ingredient.
