Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To obtain a mounting structure capable of securing the mounting strength even though the thickness of an arm is particularly thin, easily exchanging/repairing a spring and securing the good quality, as to the mounting structure such as for mounting the spring to a head arm of a carriage in a magnetic disk device. CONSTITUTION: This structure is composed of a mounting substrate 6 provided with a mounting hole 9 and a mounting plate 7 provided with a hole 10 having the diameter almost the same as that of the mounting hole 9 while corresponding to the mounting hole 9, whereon plural projecting parts 13 having the dimension smaller than the thickness of the mounting substrate 6 while protruding toward the inside of the hole 10 are formed. Then, the mounting substrate 6 and the mounting plate 7 are piled each other by making centers of the mounting hole 9 and the hole 10 to coincide, and a pressurizing body 12 having the specified diameter is inserted to the hole 10 to press-contact the projecting part 13 to the mounting hole 9.
