ELECTROSTATIC ATTRACTION BULLETIN BOARD

PURPOSE: To provide an electrostatic attraction bulletin board by with which the safe electrification of a bulletin board consisting of a high-polymer dielectric substance with static electricity with smaller energy is possible. CONSTITUTION: The rear side of the bulletin board 1 consisting of the high- polymer dielectric substance is provided with a case 2 internally equipped with a laminated or bimorph piezoelectric actuator. Cloth 3a to be joined to the bulletin board 1 is stuck to this laminated or bimorph piezoelectric actuator and friction vibration is impartable on the cloth by impressing a frequency voltage to the laminated or bimorph piezoelectric actuator. The cloth 3a is joined to the rear side of the high-polymer dielectric substance as the bulletin board 1 and this cloth 3a is vibrated by impressing the frequency voltage thereon to electrify the bulletin board with the static electricity by the friction thereof and, therefore, not only the bulletin of paper, etc., is surely held but also there is no danger of an electrolytic shock. The safety is thus assured and the lower electric power consumption is necessitated.
