ROLL SCREEN

The screen 18 is lowered to a specified position. Next, the pushing-up motion of the fixing member 26 is stopped while holding the screen 18 by hands or the like and then the fixing member 26 is lowered and the upper piece 26b is fitted in the fitting groove 28c of the pulley 28. Next, the pulley 28 is fixed so as not to be rotatable, a clutch spring 46 is contracted in the diameter and the drum 40 with a groove is fastened to the main shaft 32. In this way, the rotation of winding pipe 16 is restricted and the winding upper limit position of the screen 18 can be set.
