Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: To save energy by a method wherein based on a solar radiation time zone, an indoor temperature, and an outside air temperature, opening and closing of a blind disposed on a window surface and the opening of blades are controlled. CONSTITUTION: The conditions, such as a date, a time, temperature, a sunrise time, a sunset time, a southing time, a cooling heating pattern, and the temperature of each of blinds and the operation pattern of the blind are set by an operation ten-key 8. A CPU 1 makes decision based on the set items of the above, and detecting signals from a room temperature sensor 10 and an outside air sensor 11 and controls opening closing of the blind and the opening of the blade are controlled through operation of a motor 15 for opening and closing a blind facing the south and a motor 16 for opening and closing a blind facing the west. During heating, solar radiation is inputted, and at a time zone where no solar radiation is available, the blind is closed to reduce incurring of a heat loss. Further, at a solar radiation time zone during a summer season, the blind is normally used and at a time zone where solar radiation is unavailable, the blind is opened and closed according to the magnitude of an outside air temperature. This constitution effectively utilizes a solar radiation amount without measuring a solar radiation amount.
