Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: To improve the working efficiency and shorten the construction period, by laying a precasted concrete (PCa) beam onto a pillar, inserting a PC steel member into a sheathed pipe buried on the outer periphery of the pillar, pouring a charging material into the gap and carrying out press fitting through the tightening after hardening. CONSTITUTION: The top end shape of the joint end part 2 of a PCa beam 1 is supposed to the broken line part S having a thickness γfor securing the concrete covering which is necessary for the min. limit strength. The top end part is formed to the four equally divided shape in the nearly 45 deg. direction. Then, the contiguous inclined surfaces 3 are brought into contact, and four beams 1 are laid on the outside of a pillar 4. Then, the PC steel members 5 are inserted into a series of sheathed pipes. Then, a charging material 6 is poured into the gap (f) at the joint end part 2 between the beam 1 and the outside surface of the pillar 4. After the hardening, the PC steel members 5 in the sheathed pipe P1 -m1 -P1 are tightened, and fixed by a fixing plate 10 at the fixing positions K1 and K2 . All the forces are transmitted only to the pillar 4 through the charging material 6. Accordingly, the joint part can be made exceedingly simple, and the working efficiency can be improved, and the construction period can be shortened, and the construction cost can be reduced. |
