Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To enable cleaning free from the generation of pitting with a preventive agent for corrosion, which does not contains nitrogen, phosphorus and silicon, by using a specific organic acid or its salt as the preventive agent for corrosion, at the time of cleaning a stainless steel-made equipment and material for food industry with a cleaning solution containing hypochlorite. CONSTITUTION: At the time of cleaning, one or more kinds of (1) poly-α- hydroxyacrylic acid, its salts and a polylactone, (2) citric acid or its salts, (3) lactic acid or its salts, (4) malic acid or its salts and (5) glycolic acid and its salts is incorporated in the cleaning system.
