Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To obtain the subject composition excellent in the balance between mechanical properties, rigidity and vibration damping ability, thus useful for vibration dampers. CONSTITUTION: This composition comprises (A) a graft copolymer produced by grafting monomers predominant in a (meth)acrylic ester to a hydrogenated product of rubbery polymer, (B) another graft copolymer produced by grafting monomers predominant in a (meth)acrylic ester to a conjugated diene rubbery polymer, (C) a (meth)acrylic ester polymer, (D) a polyolefin resin, and (E) a polymer 0-70 deg.C in the glass transition temperature determined with a differential scanning colorimeter (DSC) at the weight ratio A/B/C/D/E of (5-80):(5-80):(1-70):(1-50):-(0-50).
