Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: To provide an intra-corporeal medical instrument, by which sound in the body cavity can be acquired from an intra-corporeal insert region. CONSTITUTION: Sound in the body cavity is input from a microphone 12 installed on a hard mirror 10 inserted in the body cavity, and digital waveform data is acquired by a sound signal processing part 101, and input to a determining part 103. The matching degree between the waveform data input from the sound signal processing part 101 and the standard waveform data supplied from a waveform data supply part is obtained in the determining part 103. When the standard waveform data corresponding to each disease is supplied from the waveform data supply part 102, a disease can be determined by obtaining the matching degree. If the standard waveform data at the time of contact with internal organs is used, the contact of the medical instrument with the internal organs can be obtained from a sound signal and informed. |
